Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: returns must be requested in advance. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-related products

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
